***All Vendors must provide a copy of their Sales Tax Permit, Food Vendor must have Health Certificate***
Retail vendor spaces are 10’ X 10’ at a cost of $35.00 if secured by September 1, 2008. After that date booth spaces will be $40.00. Power receptacles are an extra $10.00. Booth rental includes two admission tickets and one parking pass. “Extra admission tickets and parking passes are available at regular prices.” All set-ups must be completed by 8:30 a.m. and all vehicles must be removed from the arena. No takedowns are allowed before 5:30 p.m. Tables and chairs are not furnished with vendor space but can be provided for a rental fee of $10.00 for one table and two chairs. All vendor booths must provide a door prize.
*Non-profit organization booth fees are $15.00. *Food vendor booth fees are $100.00
Vendors are prohibited from selling raffle or door prize tickets and drinks (which includes any soft drinks or bottled water, they MAY sell homemade lemonade ONLY!)
