2008 DEERFEST

Deerfest is an annual event prodcued by the Sabine County Chamber of Commerce and is the Chamber's major fund raiser for the year.  We recognize that the success Deerfest has enjoyed is a direct reflection of the involvement of our sponsors.  Without sponsor involvement, this festival would not be possible.

 

Sponsorships are available as follows:

 

$100 donation to Deerfest includes:

  • 2 Admission Tickets

  • 1 Parking Pass

  • Listing on Deerfest web site

  • Recognition as a sponsor on the “Sponsor Wall” at the event

 

$500 donation includes

  • Your name on 2000 brochures & posters

  • 4 Admission Tickets

  • 10 Free Deerfest Raffle tickets

  • Your Banner (supplied by you) hung at the event

 

$1000 (limit of 5) includes:

  • Your name on 2000 brochures & posters

  • 4 Admission Tickets

  • 10 Free Deerfest Raffle tickets

  • Your Banner (supplied by you) hung at the event

  • Inclusion in Radio & Newspaper coverage
